The doors of WELCOME TO THE GANG open at 14.00 on Saturday, 5 November 2022. At 00.00 the event ends. The entrance of 013 will be open until 23.30 hrs.

The entrance of WELCOME TO THE GANG is open until 23:30. After 23:30 it is no longer possible to enter the event.

The minimum age for entry is set at 18 years. Proof of identity in the form of a valid ID card, passport or driving licence is required. You must be 18 years old on the day of the event, no exceptions will be made.

This is not allowed. You cannot leave 013 during WELCOME TO THE GANG and return later.

Since 1 August 2020, you can pay digitally in 013 by pin. The possibility to pay with valid 013 tokens remains, based on the legal minimum term, until 1 February 2023. Until then, visitors can pay with their purple, black and grey (half) coins. After that, 013 will be completely cashless.

Tickets

Never buy your tickets in any other way than through the official channels of REBiRTH Events. Tickets bought via Marktplaats or Facebook reactions are often not valid and are used to scam you. Read below to find out how you can obtain a ticket.

Register on the waiting list of Paylogic! If someone cannot visit WELCOME TO THE GANG he can ‘give back’ his ticket to the organisation, we will then offer this ticket to the first person on the waiting list. The sooner you register, the more chance you have! But please note: registration on the waiting list does not guarantee tickets.

Important to know: 

  • Registering for the Waiting List is free, you only pay for the ticket + transfer fee once a match has been made.
  • You will receive an email from Paylogic as soon as a match is found, from that moment you have 48 hours to buy your tickets. If you don’t buy your tickets within these 48 hours you have to register for the Waiting List again. 
  • You can register for a maximum of 6 tickets on the Waiting List, but you will only receive an email once 6 tickets are available. You can’t buy less tickets than the number you registered for. 
  • You can only use your e-mail address once to register yourself on the Waiting List.
  • Registering on the Waiting List is not a guarantee that you will be able to buy tickets. This depends purely on the number of visitors that return their ticket(s) to the organisation. 
  • If a match is found you pay € 3,- transfer fee on top of the ticket price including service fee per ticket. 

It is possible to ‘give back’ your ticket to the organisation. We will then look for a buyer who has registered via the Waiting List. As soon as a match has been found, you will receive your purchase price back, excluding the service fee. 

Step-by-step instructions: 

1: Go to the confirmation email you received after your purchase;
2: Click on the button at the bottom of the email: Manage your order;
3: Click on the button: ‘Sell’ and a new screen opens;
4: Select the ticket you want to sell and read all the information;
5: Click ‘Confirm’, your ticket is now offered on the Waiting List. 

Important to know: 

  • The return of your ticket is no guarantee that your tickets will be sold. This depends purely on the number of registrations on the Waiting List.  
  • If a match is found you will receive your purchase price excl. service fee back on the bank account you used to pay the tickets. 
  • It doesn’t matter if your ticket is already personalized or not, you can always return your ticket.
  • The Waiting List closes on Friday 28 October at 00:00 hours, if your tickets are not sold by then, your tickets will remain valid and you will receive them in your mailbox on Saturday 29 October.

You have not yet received tickets for WELCOME TO THE GANG in your mailbox. You will receive these tickets on Saturday 29 October (one week before the event), if they have been personalised by then. If you have not personalised your tickets, they will not be sent.

You can use this website to request all your purchased tickets / orders from Paylogic.

As soon as you have purchased your WELCOME TO THE GANG ticket(s), it is immediately possible to personalize your tickets. 

Please follow these steps:

1: Click on the ‘personalize’ button in the e-mail from Paylogic, this e-mail you received after buying your tickets;
2: Click on the ‘personalize’ button on the Order status website;
3: If you have bought multiple tickets, you must first ‘claim’ your own ticket, click on the ‘claim’ button;
4: Select the ticket, fill in your personal details and click ‘confirm’.
5: The tickets for your friends you ‘send’, click ‘send to friend;
6: Select the ticket, enter the correct email address of the person you want to send the ticket to and click ‘confirm’;
If you have bought several tickets you need to repeat step 5.

Personalization is required and is possible until Saturday, November 5, 23:30. After personalizing, your ticket(s) will be sent to your mailbox on Saturday 29 October (check your SPAM box). If you have not personalised your tickets, you will not receive them in your mailbox, so make sure you do this on time. If personalization does not work, please contact our ticketing provider Paylogic via their website.

You can buy a maximum of 6 tickets in our ticket shop.

A ticket for WELCOME TO THE GANG costs € 44.95 (incl. fee).

Have you already personalized your tickets and is there now a ticket on the wrong name? Then it is possible to change the name on a ticket using the Name Change option in your Order Status environment. To do so, use the explanation for personalization and click on ‘Name Change’ and follow the steps from there. This costs € 3, – transfer fee and is possible until Saturday, November 5, 23.30 hours.
